1. Customer was concerned by smell from boiler. Boiler was replaced.
2. Customer complained of smell in kitchen. Investigation under floor revealed lake. Further investigation revealed that washing machine pipe had not been correctly supported or clipped.
3. Noisy pump and poor circulation warranted an investigation on both of these installations. Pipe work removed and replaced – the pipe was too heavily clogged for a powerflush and replacement was the only option on both installations.
